Awesome article....thanks for taking the time to write & share!!!!
was in Taiba last november for the month with buddys, loved it as i was there to kite/chill & try to land some tricks.....
.debauchery tends to gets in the way of kiting so not too interested in Cumbuco ect....
Have traveled all over the world, and the Brazilian concept of "time" is one of the worst..... the flight/trip down was painful with unbelievably inefficient customs, immigration, flight lines...arrived 3hr before domestic and international flights and almost missed both!??
However obviously worth it in the end!
Trying to figure out where my kite sabbatical will be Nov 2010...perhaps Brazil again ....anyone done Florianopolis??

Great guide!
All you need now is a better formatting and publish it in PDF :D
Oh and eventually travel more and do more of them!

We have been down in Ceara since September 10th, and it has not stopped blowing since we arrived. 9m weather every day except for 3 days on a 6m. The Real is really strong against the US and CAD at the moment (apparently double what it was 3 yrs ago), so everyone is feeling the impact. September has been very quiet so far, but more people are starting to trickle in - mostly euros wearing kite pants.

Really enjoying the waves at Paracuru at the moment - thanks again for the inspiring read.
