Generally for a full size dude we are working w/ 41.5-42cm front and 39-40 back with cant of 3-4 degrees depending on your boards rocker. Foot strap positioning/angle (fore/aft) makes a huge difference and can make the board go from unrideable to locked in.
You can also play with the rake, for Squamish I trim my fins forward about 1mm at the fin-box due to the flat water.
O.k. . What about fin area? On the slalom boads ive sailed they seem to be best when they are slim (both root and chord) enough just to prevent twist and lateral flex for a given lenght(depth). The drake 42 for my isonic has about 75 % of the chord of the fins on the air rush and it is longer.
