RIP Adrian Verhiel

This is very sad day for many of us. Adrian has passed away from internal bleeding complications in Mexico. We all know his health has been going downhill in this past year. I wish everyone who was close to Adrain the very best.
I was lucky enough to have spent a couple weeks with him this month and will cherish that forever.

The mayor of the Second Arroyo will be missed he was a big part of the kiteboarding scene down there. RIP Brother!!!!

So sorry to hear that Adrian has passed. Thanks for letting us know Mike.

Hard to believe. We had just seen him in LV and he seemed in good shape. He was a great character who we will all miss. The spit won't seem the same without him there.

This was the last time I saw him the night of Burning Bush.

A fixture at both the spit and LV. Always the first on the water for the "fresh wind". Living life on his terms...

Sad day. He will be greatly missed.

Are there any plans for a funeral or anything?
If anyone knows can you get a hold of me or post em up.
I dont really know how to get a hold of any of his family, He was mysterious.
I am gonna miss that guy and his crazy bitch.

Very sad to here this news. AJ was a huge part of our Kiteboarding community and his free spirit will be sorely missed. AJ lived a kiteboarders dream on the water 90 % of the year.
