Free beachside accommodation in Victoria

Located near Gonzales beach, Victoria we are considering offering a room in our place for a kiter/s. Preferable someone who is interested in staying here for a week or two. If you are into teaching kiting/foiling that a plus. It's a pretty nice spot, quick access to ross bay , clover point, gonzo beach etc. If you are handy around the farm, that's also plus: always a house project on the go. Having a trade might help.
