It was my first time launching at Nexen today and I need to say that I really liked it ( the wind was amazing today which also helped).
It was low tide and there is quite a walk before you'd get the depth for the foil. Once you hit the water there weren't many obstacles (a log here and there but not had really). At high tide there might be a few more as there were lots of logs on the sand. All in all I think it's not that bad. I think the main obstacle to your foil today would have been the wind as there was lots of it
First two images are at 4ft and the last at 7ft tide
