I have an older Zeeko alloy mast/fuselage with G10 composite wing/stabilizers. It came with this TEF-GEL anti-corrosion and salt-water proof lubricant which has almost run out. I'm trying to find a suitable replacement substance that doesn't have to be ordered from Europe. I'm also curious how diligent other foil riders are about maintaining their foil screws (and disassembling etc.).
Also, if you have carbon wing/stabilizer and fuselage (like the Liquid Force Impulse 61 for example) instead, does that matter when choosing your anti-corrosion/lubricant?
Here is what I currently have:

And, here's two options I found at Steveston Marine:

I'm guessing both of the above would work but are there any recommendations about these or other options?
You can buy Blue Locktite (or any medium strength thread locker) around here in most hardware stores or automotive supply stores. The basic anti corrosion function is just to keep salt water from penetrating the threaded areas. Some companies just use a lubricant (like lithium grease) for this but I worry it might allow the threads to loosen. Thread locker on the other hand is a very mild glue.
The worst corrosion can occur between stainless steel and aluminum, but some corrosion can also occur between stainless steel and carbon.
Take your gear apart every month or two and reapply your anti-corrosion gunk. And leave it apart (with the screws out!) if you don't plan to use it for months.
SS uses plumbing pipe tape and what looks like snow seal(MEC) its like thick Vaseline. I’m going to try it. I would think any heavy barrier would work. comments welcome.
